Refund policy

Free trial

When your plan includes a free trial, you are not charged during it, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. It is not renewed after you cancel, and your account keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Payments for a subscription period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

If you were charged by mistake — twice, after cancelling, or for a plan you did not choose — write to us and we refund the wrong charge in full.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us from the account owner’s address with the invoice number and the reason. We reply within a few working days, and the money goes back to the same payment method.
