Frequently asked questions

Do you use the official Meta API?

Yes. Connection uses the official Meta login and the Instagram Messaging API, and we follow messaging rules such as the 24-hour window.

Does it really understand Arabic dialects?

We match keywords after normalising spelling: “بكم” also matches بكام, بچم, bkm, across Iraqi, Egyptian, Gulf Arabic and Arabizi.

Does the AI write replies on its own?

No. AI only recognises what a message means; the reply sent is the one you wrote.

What happens after the 24-hour window?

We do not send promotional messages outside the window. On WhatsApp only approved templates can be sent.

Can my team work together?

Yes, with fixed roles: Owner, Admin, Agent, Viewer, plus assignment and internal notes.

How do I delete my data?

Ask on the Data deletion page, or remove the app in your Instagram settings. We delete your account and contact data within 30 days.
