Data we collect

Account data: name, email, hashed password and two-step verification settings.

Channel data: when you connect Instagram or another channel, Meta gives us the account ID and an access token, which we store encrypted.

Your customers’ data: messages, comments, usernames and public profile pictures received through connected channels, plus tags, fields and notes your team adds.

Usage data: technical logs such as IP address, browser and sign-in times, for security and to improve the service.

How we use data

To provide the service: show conversations, run the automations you create, and send your replies to customers.

To classify message intent when AI features are on. We do not use your customers’ messages to train public models.

For security, abuse prevention and compliance with Meta messaging policies.

To contact you about your account, billing and important updates.

Your role and ours

For your customers’ data, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for informing your customers how their data is handled.

Sharing

We do not sell data. We share it only with providers who help run the service (hosting, email, AI provider, payments) under agreements that require them to protect it, or when the law requires.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete a workspace or you remove the app in Meta, we delete the related data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. When you disconnect a channel, we delete its access token at once.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access tokens are encrypted at rest. Each workspace’s data is isolated, and owners and admins must use two-step verification.
