Inside the app

Settings → Channels → Disconnect: we stop receiving that account’s messages and comments at once and delete its access token.

To delete conversations and contacts, a workspace or the whole account, email us from the account owner’s address; we confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

From Meta settings

In Instagram or Facebook: Settings → Security → Apps and websites → Dotechat → Remove. We receive an automatic notice, start deletion, and return a status link and confirmation code.

If you are a store’s customer

Send “stop” in the conversation to opt out, or fill in the form below to ask us to delete your data from every store that uses Dotechat.
