By using Dotechat you agree to these terms for yourself and the business you represent.
Your account
The information you give must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to send spam, misleading or illegal messages, to message people who opted out, or in any way that breaks Meta policies or the rules of connected platforms.
Third-party channels
The service depends on Meta and other APIs. They may change or stop, and we are not responsible for limits those platforms impose.
Plans and payment
Plans are paid in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. WhatsApp conversation fees are billed separately by Meta.
Content
You keep ownership of your content and your customers’ data, and give us permission to process it only to provide the service.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
