Reply to comments with a DM

When someone comments a word you choose, they get a DM in seconds, and a public reply under their comment if you want.

The most common use of Dotechat: someone comments "price" on your post and gets the price or the link in a DM right away.

Set it up

• Open Automations and choose "Start from a ready automation".
• Pick the posts: specific posts or all of them.
• Write the words that start the reply, such as: price, how much, details.
• Write the public reply under the comment (optional) and the DM.
• Review and switch it on.

From a new post

When you create a post from the Content page you can add the comment reply to it directly, so it works the moment the post goes live.

Tips

• Write prices and links yourself in the message: the automation sends only what you wrote.
• Instagram allows one DM in reply to each comment; the conversation continues when the person replies.
